Santhosh Rao joined MUFG in 2022 to lead the firm’s Digital Infrastructure efforts and is based in New York. He has over 20 years of TMT advisory experience including capital raising, structured financing and M&A across Data centers, Fiber, Towers and Cable sectors. Previously, Santhosh was Head of Telecoms for the Americas at Natixis. Prior to Natixis, Santhosh worked for nine years within the Global TMT Investment Banking group at Deutsche Bank in NY.
Santhosh has advised clients across a broad range of products including M&A, structured credit, debt and equity financings.
Santhosh received an MBA with Honors from Columbia Business School, NY and a Bachelors’ degree in Electronics and Telecom Engineering from the University of Mysore, India where he graduated with distinction
