Mr. Shearman joined Redding Ridge in 2018 and is currently a Managing Director and Head of Strategic Initiatives. Mr. Shearman worked from 2013 to 2018 as an Associate at Dechert LLP, where he primarily focused on structured finance transactions, including broadly syndicated and middle market CLOs, warehouse facilities and risk-retention vehicles. More recently, he has helped create unique rated solutions for private and public music royalties ABS, fund financing vehicles and hybrid corporate and structured financings. He has been involved in the structuring of over $50 billion of CLOs, CLO Refinancings, Aviation Loan, Music Royalties and Corporate ABS across more than 100 transactions.
