Amanda Molter, General Counsel, Concord

As Concord’s General Counsel, Amanda Molter is a key member of Concord’s executive team.  Ms. Molter manages the legal elements of major financings, mergers and acquisitions, and oversees the day-to-day operations of Concord’s global legal and business affairs department.

Prior to joining Concord in 2020, Ms. Molter was Director and Assistant General Counsel at Barings LLC, advising Barings’ Alternative Investments Group on a wide range of private equity matters.  Ms. Molter began her career at Latham & Watkins LLP, where she focused on private equity fund formation and joint ventures.  Ms. Molter holds a B.S. from the University of California, Davis.  While earning her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, Ms. Molter served as a senior editor of the UCLA Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif.
