Kelly Mellecker is a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, focusing on non-traditional structured finance. Kelly’s clients include companies and sponsors across the tech, media, telecom, consumer/retail and utilities industries. Recently, Kelly has structured and led fiber-to-the-premise securitization transactions for Metronet, Ting, Frontier Communications and Ziply. Prior to joining Goldman, Kelly was a director at RBC Capital Markets and a counsel in the financing group at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Kelly has a J.D. from Cornell Law School and a B.A. from the University of Iowa.
